百色市甘蔗产业提质增效的对策措施探讨

Countermeasures for Accelerating the Improvement of Sugarcane Industry in Baise

以广西百色市甘蔗产业为例,总结和分析当前主要存在的困难和问题,并就绿色背景下加快推进甘蔗产业提质增效与可持续发展提出对策措施,即:①加大对甘蔗产业绿色转型的引导和领导;②以绿色转型为导向,推进甘蔗生产现代化;③加强"双高"基地建设;④大力发展循环经济;⑤大力推进适度规模经营;⑥加强产业政策扶持。这些措施的提出,对绿色背景下加快推进甘蔗产业提质增效具有重要的指导意义。

Taking the sugarcane industry in Baise City of Guangxi as an example,the author summarizes and analyzes the current major difficulties and problems,and proposes countermeasures to accelerate the improvement of sugarcane industry in the green background,namely,“the guidance and leadership of the green transformation of the sugarcane industry”,“the modernization of sugarcane production under the guidance of green transformation”,“the construction of‘dual high’base”,“the development of circular economy”,“moderate-scale operations”and“policy support”.These measures have important guiding significance for accelerating the improvement of sugarcane industry in the green context.
