普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛临床效果观察

Clinical observation of pregabalin in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia

目的观察普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(post herpetic neuralgia,PHN)的临床效果与安全性。方法将60例PHN患者随机分成2组,每组30例。A组给予普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,B组给予阿米替林片治疗,疗程8周。比较2组治疗前和治疗后1,2,4,6,8周疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、每日睡眠干扰评分法(Daily Sleep Interference Scale,DSIS)评分、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分,观察组药物不良反应。结果 A组和B组治疗后VAS评分、DSIS评分和SAS评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,但A组降低更多,2组VAS评分、DSIS评分和SAS评分在组间、不同时点以及组间与不同时点交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林治疗PHN,可较快减轻患者疼痛,减少疼痛对睡眠的干扰程度,降低患者焦虑程度,无严重不良反应。

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of pregabalin in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods Sixty cases of PHN were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 30 cases.Group A was treated with pregabalin and group B was treated with amitriptyline for 8 weeks.The pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Daily Sleep Interference Scale(DSIS)scores and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores were compared between two groups before the treatment and 1 week,2 week,4 week,6 week,8 week after the treatment.Results After treatment,VAS score,DSIS score and SAS score in group A and group B all showed A gradually decreasing trend,but the VAS score,DSIS score and SAS score in group A decreased more,and the interaction differences between groups,at different time points and between groups and at different time points were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin could rapidly relieve neuropathic pain in PHN patients without serious adverse effects.
