金融体制改革背景下财政政策与金融监管协调研究

Research on Coordination between Fiscal Policy and Financial Supervision under the Background of Financial System Reform

金融业作为现代经济的核心,其自身的变动会显著的影响一国的实体经济与宏观调控政策。结合我国当前金融体制改革的政策背景,构建了涵盖两阶段、超效率的SBM模型分析框架,分别测速了我国金融业传统经营模式与创新型经营模式下的经营"超效率"并进行类比分析。并基于TOBIT多时点多重共线性分析模型实证研究了财政政策与金融监管的双重约束对其运营绩效的影响机制。

As the core of modern economy,financial industry’s own changes will significantly affect a country’s real economy and macro-control policies.In combination with the policy background of China’s current financial system reform,a two-stage SBM model analysis framework coveringinancial industry under the traditional business model and innovative business model is measured and the super-efficiency is constructed,and the“super-efficiency”of China’s f analyzed by analogy.Based on the TOBIT multicollinearity model,the paper empirically studies the mechanism of the impact of the dual constraints of fiscal policy and financial supervision on its operating performance.
