摘要
地震可能在厂房未倒塌的情况下,导致桥式起重机"跳车",小车坠落以及连接件破坏等。结合桥式起重机的结构特点及工作形式,根据地震卓越周期及桥式起重机自振频率等参数,提出了适合桥式起重机的减震措施——安装隔震支座,运用时程分析方法对有无减震装置的桥式起重机结构进行地震响应分析。研究结果表明,隔震支座的减震效率高,在竖直载荷作用下,该方案对结构变形的最大减震率达到25%;水平沿大车轨道方向载荷作用下,该方案对结构应力的最大减震率达到30%。
The earthquake may lead to bridge crane“jump”,trolley fall and connection damage when the factory building is not collapsed.According to the structural characteristics and working form of bridge crane and to the parameters such as the excellent period of earthquake and the natural frequency of bridge crane,the shock absorption measures suitable for bridge crane,the installation of isolation support,are taken.The seismic response of bridge crane structure with or without shock absorber is analyzed by using time history analysis method.Through the analysis and study,it is concluded that the way of mounting the isolation support is more efficient.Under vertical load,the maximum damping rate of the deformation of the structure is up to 25%,and under the action of horizontal load along the track direction of the vehicle,the maximum damping rate of the stress of the structure is up to 30%.
