摘要 针对熔融挤压沉积技术的3D打印机喷头数量少、打印色彩单一问题,分析了多喷头3D打印机的整机设计方案,采用滚珠丝杠传动方式规划了打印机的多喷头结构,确保了打印机喷头间不发生干涉。通过研究各喷头坐标位置切换,设计了3D打印机多喷头的控制逻辑算法,实现了工作台在并行喷头间往复切换,并根据送入喷头的丝料颜色差异,利用计算机对其打印过程进行了仿真分析,得到了多色彩三维数据模型。 Because the 3D printer is equipped with a little number of nozzles and its printing color is single,the design scheme of multi-nozzle 3D printer is analyzed.The multi-nozzle structure of the printer is designed by using the ball screw drive mode to ensure no interference occuring between the nozzles of the printer.By studying the coordinate position switching problem of each nozzle,the control logic algorithm of the multi-nozzle 3D printer is found out,and the reciprocating switch among the parallel nozzles is realized.According to the difference of the color of the silk fed into the nozzle,the simulation analysis of the printing process is done by computer,thus,obtaining the multi-color 3D data model.
