摘要
针对气动电磁阀响应特性参数测量问题,对检测原理进行了介绍,设计了一套综合测试系统。参照《专用检测设备评定方法指南》计算得到的系统测量能力指数Cg、Cgk均为1.33,满足设备验收要求,可以测量工作压力在0~1 MPa,响应时间在ms级别的气动电磁阀的响应时间、泄漏、最大切换频率、启动气压等参数。
This paper introduces the principle of pneumatic solenoid valve response characteristic parameter measurement and designs a comprehensive measurement system.According to the“special test equipment evaluation guide”,its measurement capability index Cg and Cgk are both more than 1.33,which meet the equipment acceptance requirements.The system can be used to measure the response time,leakage,maximum switching frequency,starting air pressure and other parameters of the pneumatic solenoid valve with response time at ms level and working pressure in the 0-1 MPa.
