摘要
肝细胞核因子4α(hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α,HNF-4α)是核受体超家族中成员之一,近年来研究发现,HNF-4α及其相关信号通路与胃癌的发生、发展高度相关,有望成为胃癌新的治疗靶点。本文就HNF-4α的组织特异性及其在胃癌发生、发展过程中HNF-4α相关信号通路:AMPKα—HNF-4α信号通路、NF-κB—HNF-4α信号通路、HNF-4α—Wnt/β-catenin信号通路作一概述,旨在明确胃癌的发病机制,同时为胃癌的靶向治疗提供新思路。
Hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α(HNF-4α) is one of the members of the superfamily of nuclear receptors, recent studies have found that HNF-4α and its related signaling pathways are highly related to the development of gastric cancer, and are expected to be a new target for the treatment of gastric cancer. This article reviewed the tissue specificity of HNF-4α and summarized the signal transduction pathways closely related to HNF-4α and gastric cancer, such as the AMPKα-HNF-4α pathway, NF-κB-HNF-4α pathway and HNF-4α-Wnt/β-catenin pathway, with an aim to clarify the pathogenesis and provide new ideas for the target treatment of gastric cancer.
