LNG输气干线工程在穿越铁路路基中,采用泥水平衡顶管施工方法.介绍了泥水平衡顶进施工过程的准备,详细分析了顶管施工的关键工序及控制,包括顶管机头进洞程序和机头防退、防旋措施;顶进的操作方法和纠偏控制;机头出洞的操作方法以及管道接口施工的技术要点.针对施工顶进过程中的难点,提出了合理有效的操作方法和解决方案.为以后同类项目的顺利实施,减少或避免施工风险有一定的借鉴作用.

In the LNG gas transmission trunk line project,the slurry balanced pipe jacking construction method is adopted in crossing the railway subgrade.The preparation work of slurry balanced jacking construction process is studied in this paper,and the key process and control of pipe jacking construction is analyzed in detail,including the jacking machine head entry procedure,the machine head anti-retreat and anti-rotation measures;jacking operation method and rectification control;the head out of the hole operation method and the technical points of pipe joint construction.In view of the difficulties in the process of construction jacking,reasonable and effective operation methods and solutions are put forward,which provides positive reference for better implementation of similar projects in the future,reducing or avoiding construction risks.
