工科专业人才培养质量的多元评价体系研究 被引量:8

摘要 人才培养质量评价是对高校人才培养工作进行价值判断的系统测量和调查,是学校教学质量管理系统中不可缺少的一环.通过对本科人才培养质量评价的国内外研究现状的探讨,并针对现有工科人才培养质量评价中存在的问题,指出工科人才培养质量评价的研究意义,给出研究思路及研究方法.基于工科专业本科生培养要求的素质-知识-能力模块,建立工科专业人才培养质量标准体系,构建由指导性评价主体-过程性评价主体-结果性评价主体构成的工科专业人才培养质量多元评价体系. The evaluation of talent cultivation quality is a systematic measurement and investigation of the value judgment of talent training in universities,and it is an indispensable part of the school teaching quality management system.This paper discusses the domestic and foreign research status of the quality evaluation of undergraduate talents training,and in view of the existing problems in the evaluation of engineering talent cultivation quality,the significance of the study on the quality evaluation of the training of engineering talents is pointed out,and the ideas and methods have been given.Based on the quality-knowledge-capability module of engineering majors,aquality standard system for engineering professionals is established and a diversified evaluation system for the quality of engineering talents training has been built,which is composed of the guiding evaluation body,the process evaluation body and the outcome evaluation body.
