内镜治疗前列腺增生与尿道狭窄后并发感染的临床特征与治疗效果研究

The clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of endoscopic treatment of concurrent infection of prostate hyperplasia and urethral stricture

目的探讨分析内镜治疗应用于前列腺增生与尿道狭窄后并发感染临床特征与临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2017年5月北京市房山区良乡医院诊治的前列腺增生患者80例作为研究对象。随机分为两组,对照组采用内镜下进行尿道前列腺电切术治疗,研究组则在内镜下进行尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗,观察两组患者术后的IPSS评分、Qmax水平和治疗前后患者勃起功能指数评分、逆行射精发生的例数对比以及术后发生的不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的前列腺症状IPSS评分以及Qmax水平以及勃起功能对比无明显区别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的IPSS评分显著低于对照组,勃起功能以及Qmax水平高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);内镜治疗后研究组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下进行尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗应用于前列腺增生与尿道狭窄后并发感染具有良好的临床治疗效果,能够减少出血量、降低不良反应的发生率,还可以改善患者的性功能,值得临床上进一步推荐使用。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment in the concurrent infection of prostate hyperplasia and urethral stricture.Selection Methods in May 2014-in May 2017 in our hospital 80 cases of patients with prostatic hyperplasia,randomly divided into two groups,control group with normal bladder resection of the prostate treatment on pubic bone,the team is under endoscopy for the treatment of the urethra prostate electricity cut,observe two groups of patients with postoperative IPSS score,level of Qmax and patient index of erectile function scores before and after the treatment,the cases of retrograde ejaculation generation contrast and postoperative adverse reactions.Results the two groups before treatment the patient's level of IPSS prostate symptom score and Qmax and erectile function contrast has no obvious difference(P>0.05),IPSS score was significantly lower than the control group after treatment group,erectile function and Qmax level is higher than the control group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate of the group after endoscopic treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions endoscopic treatment is applied to the hyperplasia of prostate and urethral stricture after concurrent infection have good clinical therapeutic effect,can reduce the bleeding and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and also can improve the patient's sexual function,is worth further clinical is recommended.
