绒毛组织中肝细胞生长因子和转化生长因子-β1与稽留流产的关系

The relationship between hepatocyte growth factor and transformation growth factor-beta 1 in villi tissue and missed abortion

目的探讨绒毛组织中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与稽留流产的关系。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月江苏大学附属医院诊治的600名受检者作为研究对象,将其中已经免疫组化染色法确诊的300例稽留流产患者设为研究组,将300例正常早孕女性设为对照组。采用半定量法检测两组受检者HGF、TGF-β1表达水平,并就两组受检者的HGF、TGF-β1表达水平及其在同一绒毛组织中的相关性进行统计学分析。结果①研究组受检者绒毛组织中HGF阳性表达率(22.7%)明显低于对照组受检者(42.7%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组受检者绒毛组织中的TGF-β1阳性表达率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②研究组受检者的同一绒毛组织中HGF、TGF-β1表达相关系数是0.458,P<0.05,显示HGF、TGF-β1表达之间存在正相关关系。结论研究组受检者的绒毛组织中HGF表达水平明显低于对照组受检者,而TGF-β1可以调控HGF表达水平的方式参与稽留流产的产生和进展。

Objective To explore the role of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)and transformation growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)in missed abortion.Methods 300 patients with missed abortion in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study group,and the immunohistochemical staining was performed.Another 300 normal pregnancy women at the same period were selected as the control group,and semi-quantitative method was conducted to detect the expression of HGF and TGF-β1.Statistical analysis on the expression level of HGF and TGF-β1 and their correlation in the same villi tissue was performed.Results①The positive expression rate of HGF was 22.7%in the study group,significantly lower than the rate 42.7%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of TGF-β1 between the two groups(P>0.05).②The correlation coefficient of HGF and TGF-β1 expression in the same villous tissue of the study group was 0.458(P<0.05),indicating a positive correlation between HGF and TGF-β1 expression.Conclusions The expression level of HGF in the villous tissues of the patients with missed abortion is significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women,and TGF-β1 participate in the generation and progress of the missed abortion by regulating the expression level of HGF.
