应用内置生物套技术对原发性早泄患者性生活质量改善的效果观察

Observation on the improvement ofsexual satisfaction in patients with primary premature ejaculation by using the built-in bio-patch technique

目的观察应用内置生物套技术对原发性早泄(PPE)患者生活质量改善的效果。方法选取北京协和医院泌尿外科2015年8月至2016年8月经手术治疗的PPE患者60例纳入研究,按照患者自愿手术方式分为内置生物套组32例,包皮环切术包皮环切组28例,同时选取50例性功能正常志愿者作为健康对照组。比较三组早泄诊断工具(PEDT)、自评阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE)评分情况。结果在术后第6个月以及术后第12个月,所有患者PEDT评分、阴道内IELT、CIPE评分均有显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。PEDT评分内置生物套组(9. 36±2. 48,7. 25±1. 97)要显著低于包皮环切术组(10. 52±1. 76,P <0. 05; 8. 77±1. 05,P <0. 05),阴道内IELT内置生物套组(2. 88±1. 45,4. 20±2. 03)要显著长于包皮环切术组(1. 92±1. 06,P <0. 05; 3. 15±1. 58,P <0. 05),CIPE评分内置生物套组(33. 52±3. 06,35. 55±2. 16)要显著高于包皮环切术组(28. 77±3. 41,P <0. 05; 30. 18±1. 43,P <0. 05)。分析术后第12月随访资料,内置生物套组以及包皮环切术组CIPE量表各问题评分除Q1外均明显低于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),在除Q1外各问题评分内置生物套组均明显高于包皮环切术组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论内置生物套治疗PPE效果较好,能够改善患者性功能,提高患者性生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of improvement of the quality of life of the patients with primary premature ejaculation(PPE)by using the built-in bio technique.Methods 60 patients with PPE received surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were included in the study and were divided into built-in bio-patch group(n=32)and preputial circumcision group(n=28).50 normal volunteers were selected as healthy control group.The scores of premature ejaculation(PEDT),self-rated intravaginal ejaculation latency(IELT)and Chinese premature ejaculation(CIPE)were compared among the three groups.Results At the sixth months and twelfth months after surgery,the PEDT,IELT and CIPE scores of all patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).The PEDT score of built-in bio-patch group(9.36±2.48,7.25±1.97)was significantly lower than that of the preputial circumcision group(10.52±1.76,P<0.05;8.77±1.05,P<0.05);the IELT of built-in bio-patch group(2.88±1.45,4.20±2.03)was longer than that of preputial circumcision group(1.92±1.06,P<0.05;3.15±1.58,P<0.05);the CIPE score built-in bio-patch group(33.52±3.06,35.55±2.16)was significantly higher than that of preputial circumcision group(28.77±3.41,P<0.05;30.18±1.43,P<0.05).According to the postoperative twelfth month follow-up data,the score of each item of CIPE scale except for Q1 was significantly lower in the built-in bio-patch group and preputial circumcision group than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The built-in bio-patch is effective in the treatment of PPE,which can improve the sexual function and quality of sexual life of patients.
