宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopic Surgery for Endometrial Polyps

目的观察探讨对子宫内膜息肉使用宫腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法选取北流市人民医院妇产科2016年3月—2018年1月间收治的子宫内膜息肉患者35例为研究对象,按照随机方式分为对照组和观察组,观察组17例,对照组18例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜手术治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组实施常规治疗后的临床效果明显低于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜息肉患者给予宫腔镜手术治疗,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps. Methods 35 patients with endometri. al polyps admitted to the department from March,2016 to January,2018 were selected as clinical research subjects. They were ran. domly divided into control group and observation group,with 17 cases in observation group and 18 cases in control group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was given hysteroscopic surgery. The clinical effect of the two groups of patients was compared and observed. Results The clinical effect of the control group after routine treatment was significantly lower than that of the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps is effective and worthy of clinical application.
