缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防护理的临床运用

Clinical Application of Secondary Preventive Nursing in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的探究二级预防护理应用于缺血性脑卒中疾病中的效果。方法随机选取2016年1月—2018年3月在黄石市爱康医院治疗缺血性脑卒中的患者共50例,分为观察组和对照组,每组例数均为25例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用二级预防护理干预,分别观察两组患者依从性情况、日常生活活动能力、满意度。结果观察组总依从性率、日常生活活动能力、总满意度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理干预相比,二级预防护理应用于缺血性脑卒中患者护理中,不仅利于提高其依从性,更利于改善其日常生活活动能力,使其养成健康的生活方式,该护理方法具有优越的临床应用价值,值得在临床护理工作中广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of secondary preventive nursing in ischemic stroke. Methods 50 patients with isch. emic stroke in the hospital from January 2016 to March ,2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with, 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group were treated with sec. ondary preventive nursing. The patients’compliance,activities of daily life and satisfaction were observed. Results The total compli. ance rate,activity of daily living and total satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between groups. Conclusion Compared with routine nursing intervention,the application of secondary preventive nursing in the nursing care of patients with ischemic stroke is not only conducive to improving their compliance,but also to improving their ability of daily life activities,so patients develop a healthy lifestyle. This nursing method has superior clinical application value and is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
