基于ADE7880的电梯与自动扶梯能效测试装置

摘要 为提高电梯与自动扶梯能效测试效率,简化测试程序,设计了电梯与自动扶梯能效测试装置。基于空载能效测试方法,以ARM处理器为核心,结合电能参数测量芯片ADE7880,设计装置系统结构,并采用电流互感器进行电流信号采集。测试结果表明:本装置与普通电能质量分析仪相比,电流、电压测试结果最大偏差为0.5%,电能最大偏差为1.8%,能效判断结果基本一致。 In order to improve the efficiency of elevator and escalator energy efficiency test and simplify the test procedure,this paper designed the elevator and escalator energy efficiency test device.Based on the no-load energy efficiency test method,the ARM processor is taken as the core,combined with the energy parameter measurement chip ADE7880,the device system structure is given,and the current transformer is used for current signal acquisition.The test results show that compared with the ordinary power quality analyzer,the current and voltage test results of the design device are basically the same,the maximum deviation is 0.5%,the maximum deviation of electric energy is 1.8%,and the energy efficiency judgment results are basically the same.However,the test process of the device is simple,the work efficiency is high,the data is clear and not easy to be lost,and has good practical value.
