摘要 针对分布式光纤封装及与粘贴对象相容性对其传感性能的影响,采用碳纤维预浸料对分布式光纤进行热压封装并作性能验证。通过封装过程中的预拉伸保证分布式光纤的均匀性,增强布里渊分布式光纤传感器的解调有效性,固化后的碳纤维增强复合材料对光纤起保护作用。将封装的CFRP/光纤带状应变传感器粘贴到等强度悬臂梁上作静载实验,同时借助ANSYS软件进行相应载荷的有限元仿真,仿真结果与试验结果一致,验证了CFRP/光纤带状应变传感器封装方法的有效性和良好的传感性能。 In view of the influence of the compatibility of distributed optical fiber package and paste object on its sensing performance,carbon fiber prepreg is used to heat-package distributed optical fiber.The uniformity of the distributed fiber is ensured by the pre-stretching in the packaging process to facilitate the effective demodulation of the fiber sensing during the demodulation of the distributed fiber,and the cured carbon fiber reinforced composite material(CFRP)protects the fiber.The packaged CFRP/fiber sensor was attached to a cantilever with the same strength for static load tests,and the finite element simulation of the corresponding load was carried out by Ansys software.The simulation results were consistent with the experimental results,and the strip CFRP/fiber sensor packaging method was verified.The effectiveness and good sensing performance.
