现代学徒制视角下的高职院校学生职业素养的培育与构建

Higher vocational colleges from the perspective of modern apprenticeship system cultivation and construction of students' professional literacy

职业素养是一种人在进行职业活动时候体现的行为规范。职业素养的内涵丰富,不仅包括职业技能,还包括了职业道德和职业思想等方面的内容。职业院校应该重视学生职业素养的培养。文章通过分析高职院校在培养学生职业素养过程中的不足,提出了培育和构建学生职业素养的建议和措施,即构建提高学生职业素养的课程体系,加强学生职业素养的教育;提高职业院校学生的职业技能。

Professional accomplishment is a kind of code of conduct embodied in professional activities. The connotation of professional accomplishment is rich, including not only professional skill, but also professional ethics and professional thought. Vocational colleges and universities should attach importance to the cultivation of students' professional literacy. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of vocational colleges in the process of cultivating students’ professional literacy, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to cultivate and construct students’ professional literacy, that is, to construct a curriculum system to improve students’ professional literacy and to strengthen the education of students’ professional literacy, so as to improve the vocational skills of students in vocational colleges and universities.
