钢板-型钢双剪试件的界面粘结性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为验证粘贴钢板的不同厚度、层数及宽度等因素对钢-钢界面粘结性能的影响,通过改进的双剪试验装置,对钢板-型钢双剪试件进行了轴向拉伸试验研究;分析在各因素影响下,粘结界面上的应力分布特点、粘结剪切破坏过程、破坏特征、钢板应变发展及分布规律,得出钢板与型钢的粘结应力分布规律和粘结剪应力-滑移曲线,提出钢板型钢界面粘结承载力的计算公式;且计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,研究成果为粘钢法加固钢结构计算理论建立及加固设计提供了试验依据。 In order to verify the influence of different thickness, layer number and width of the bonded steel plate on the bond performance of the steel-steel interface, the axial tensile test of the steel plate-shaped steel double shear test piece was carried out by the improved double shear test device. Under the influence of various factors, the stress distribution characteristics, bond shear failure process, failure characteristics, steel plate strain development and distribution law at the bond interface were obtained, and the bond stress distribution and bond shear stress of steel plate and section steel were obtained. The slip curve was used to calculate the bond bearing capacity of steel plate interface, and the calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The research results provide experimental basis for the calculation theory and reinforcement design of steel structure strengthened by bonded steel method.
