摘要
关注航空公司运行控制工作中凸显的各种缺陷和暴露出来的不足,分析造成航空公司安全、效益的"短板效应",综合了近年来航空公司运行控制工作中存在的主要问题,在此基础上,对航空公司如何改善目前工作,更好地避免和降低"短板效应"的发生和影响,提出了相应的建议和对策。
This thesis focuses on the kinds of deficiencies and disadvantages in the Airline’s operation control work,which could lead to the Buckets Effect on its safety and benefit.It throws out some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the Airline’s work and avoid the Buckets Effect’s happening and its bad influence,which is based on the comprehensive analysis of the main problems in the operation control work of the Airline in recent years.
