基于PID串级控制算法的物联网啤酒发酵检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 进行一种啤酒发酵检测与控制装置的研制,装置系统分为数据采集端,STM32智能网关,物联网云平台三部分。数据采集端一方面通过PT100传感器和HX711芯片构成的放大和A/D转换电路完成温度采集,将数据通过类似I2C的通信方式传给STM32 ARM核心电路,然后由PID串级算法实现温度控制。另一方面通过复合电极和LM358电路实现信号检测与放大功能,采样pH差分电压信号,送入STM32 ARM完成A/D转换。STM32 ARM网关一方面通过LCD液晶屏显示测量数据,另一方面与4G LM61模块以PCIE接口相连,将数据以MQTT协议的方式上传中国移动OneNET云平台,并通过时间调度算法管理多个任务的执行,系统符合工业4.0的发展趋势。 In this research,a beer fermentation detection and control device was developed.The system is divided into three parts,data acquisition terminal,STM32 intelligent gateway and cloud platform.On the one hand,the data acquisition terminal completes temperature acquisition through the amplification and A/D conversion circuit formed by PT100 sensor and HX711 chip and transmits the data to the STM32 ARM core circuit through a communication mode similar to I2C,thereby achieving temperature control by the PID cascade algorithm.On the other hand,the signal detection and amplification function is realized by the composite electrode and the LM358 circuit,and the p H differential voltage signal is sampled and sent to the STM32 ARM for A/D conversion.On the one hand,the STM32 ARM gateway displays the measurement data through the LCD screen;on the other hand,it connects with the 4G LM61 module through the PCIE interface.Data is uploaded to China Mobile One NET cloud platform by the MQTT protocol,and the execution of multiple tasks is managed by the time scheduling algorithm.The system meets the development trend of industry 4.0.
