摘要
多学科协作模式(multidisciplinary team,MDT)从概念形成发展到如今,已被世界范围内广泛认可。其带来的不仅是新的治疗方案,同时更带来新的治疗理念。其发展标志着肿瘤治疗进入新阶段,趋向于个体化、合作化。着重强调以人为本、综合治疗的重要性。了解、建立、发展MDT是肿瘤领域的重大课题。
The multidisciplinary team(MDT)has been widely accepted worldwide from the concept formation to now.It brings not only new treatment schemes,but also the new concept of treatment.Its development marks a new stage of cancer treatment,which tends to be individualized and cooperative,emphasizing the importance of people-oriented and comprehensive treatment.Understanding,establishing and developing MDT is an important subject in the field of cancer.
