摘要
月季位于世界四大切花之首,它的保鲜时间和观赏期较短,无法满足现代人的需求。因此为了解决这一问题,对月季切花做了复合保鲜剂保鲜效应的研究。本研究采用7因子3水平的正交设计,对硫酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸铝、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、硼酸和苯甲酸钠7种无机盐不同浓度的组合做了18个处理液,另外再加一个蒸馏水作对照。结果表明:各保鲜液月季的花径变化率和鲜重变化率都呈先上升后下降的趋势,并分别在第3d、第4d和第5d达到最大值后,此后开始下降。各保鲜液不同程度提高月季的吸水量,延缓了月季花枝的失水量,从而有效延长瓶插花期。综合考虑以上指标变化趋势,处理10和12的保鲜效果较好。
Rose is at the top of four major cut flowers in the world,its preservation time and ornamental period is short,cannot meet the needs of modern people.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,the effect of compound preservative agent on the cut rose flowers was studied.In this study,orthogonal design of 7 factors 3 levels were designed with the potassium sulfate,zinc sulfate,aluminum sulfate,copper sulfate,manganese sulfate,boric acid and sodium benzoate combination of 7 kinds inorganic salts and 18 processing liquid,using distilled water as a control.The results showed that the rate of the rose flower diameter change and the rate of fresh weight change first increased and then decreased in each experiment liquid,and reached the maximum value in third day,fourth day and fifth day after,then began to decline.The rose's water absorption improved obviously with each preservative liquid,and water loss of rose decreased,thus prolonged effectively the florescence.Consideration the trend of above indicators,preservation effect of 10 treatment and 12 treatment had better preservative effect for the cut rose flower.
