政府在推动服务型制造发展中的职能比较

A Comparative Study of Government Functions in Promoting the Development of Service-Oriented Manufacturing

对国内外推动服务型制造发展中的政府职能进行比较研究。根据服务型制造的投入产出数据构建服务型制造发展系数,分析国家的综合实力、制造业发展水平与服务型制造发展进程的关系,并对政府的规划、政府对研发投入的支持、政府对信息化的建设、政府对专业人才的支持、政府参与部分经济活动及政府对宏观经济的调控等变量进行回归分析。

This paper compares the government functions in promoting the development of service-oriented manufacturing at domestic and abroad by statistical and mathematical methods, building the service-oriented manufacturing development index through the input-output data of service-oriented manufacturing. Find out the relationship among national strength、the development level of manufacturing industry and the process of service-oriented manufacturing. The paper carried out regression analysis of the variables such as the planning of the government, the support of R&D investment by government, the support of construct information technology by government, the support of professionals by government, government participation in economic activities and macro-economic regulation.
