摘要
将以德国"双元制"为代表的西方现代学徒制与我国国情、现行教育制度等结合,在实践中探索建立符合我国现代职业教育发展需要的,以政府统筹和引导、行业参与、社会支持、企业和职业院校双主体育人的中国特色现代学徒制。高职烹饪专业通过校企联合招生、工学结合培养、校企双导师制、校企融通考评等方式构建现代学徒制人才培养模式。
In this article, we combine the western modern apprenticeship represented by Germany s “dual system” with China s national conditions, current education system and so on. The purpose is to create and establish Chinese characteristic modern apprenticeship which could meet the needs of China s current vocational education in practice. This apprenticeship will be coordinated and led by government, supported by public and cultivated by both enterprise and vocational college. Culinary major of higher vocational colleges could construct a modern apprenticeship talent training mode through several ways, such as the joint enrollment of colleges and universities, the combination of work and study, dual-supervisor of school-enterprise system, school-enterprise financial assessment, etc.
