摘要
随着城市建设不断推进和不动产登记制度的完善,建立适合现代化的不动产信息管理系统成为管理部门的迫切需求。本文基于.net开发平台与GIS技术,从体系结构、系统分析设计、数据库设计和不同系统之间的数据交流、系统的扩展性等方面进行考虑,建立了一个兼顾方便和安全的应用系统,不仅可以提高不动产信息管理的信息化、规范化和数字化水平,同时为智慧城市打下坚实的数据基础。
With the continuous improvement of urban construction and the improvement of real estate registration system,the establishment of a modern real estate information management system has become an urgent need for the management department.Based on.Net development platform and GIS technology,we consider from the aspects of system structure,system analysis and design,database design and data exchange between different systems,and expand the system,so as to establish a convenient and safe application system.Improve the level of information management,standardization and digitalization of real estate information management,and lay a solid data base for the intelligent city.
