摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验,对近平滑假丝酵母ATCC 7330生长的营养元素和发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明,近平滑假丝酵母ATCC 7330生长的最优培养基配方为:MgSO_40.8g·L^(-1)、(NH_4)_2HPO_4 16g·L^(-1)、蔗糖25.98g·L^(-1)、酵母浸粉12g·L^(-1),最适发酵初始pH值为5.0,最适通风量为3.0L·min^(-1),在此条件下,菌体量比优化前提高110%。该研究为近平滑假丝酵母ATCC 7330整细胞催化应用奠定了基础。
We optimized the nutrients and the fermentation conditions for growth of Candida parapsilosis ATCC 7330 by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results show that the optimal medium for growth of Candida parapsilosis ATCC 7330 can be determined as follows:MgSO 4 of 0.8 g·L^-1,(NH 4)2HPO 4 of 16 g·L^-1,sucrose of 25.98 g·L^-1,and yeast extract powder of 12 g·L^-1.Moreover,the optimal initial pH value is 5.0,and the optimal ventilation rate is 3.0 L·min^-1.Under above conditions,the amount of biomass increases by 110%compared to that before optimization.The study lays a foundation for the catalytic application of Candida parapsilosis ATCC 7330 whole cell.
