益生菌联合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究益生菌联合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)的疗效。方法将我院2016年1月-2017年3月120例NHB患儿采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。两组均行蓝光治疗,研究组在此基础上加用益生菌。观察两组疗效,评估治疗2周后免疫指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)]水平,记录患儿用药不良反应。结果 (1)研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗2周后,研究组各免疫指标水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);(3)研究组总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合蓝光疗效是治疗NHB安全有效的方案,益生菌可降低患儿发生肠道不良反应的风险,同时增强其免疫功能。 Objective To explore the efficacy of probiotics combined with blue phototherapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods 120 cases of children patients with NHB in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were given blue phototherapy,and study group was added with probiotics on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups was observed.The levels of immune indexes[immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and T cell subsets(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)were evaluated after 2 w of treatment,and the adverse drug reactions of children patients were recorded.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 2 w of treatment,the immune indexes in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of total adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with blue phototherapy is a safe and effective treatment regimen for NHB.Probiotics can reduce the risk of intestinal adverse reactions and enhance the immune function.
