小儿推拿辅助治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察小儿推拿疗法对疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年10月辽宁省抚顺市中医院儿科收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿200例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组给予小儿牛黄清心散口服。观察组在对照组治疗基础上,给予小儿推拿疗法治疗以解表清热,泻火解毒。每日推拿1次,5 d为1个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及体温恢复正常时间、疱疹消失时间。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.0%(93/100),显著高于对照组80.0%(80/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间和疱疹消退时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小儿推拿辅助治疗疱疹性咽峡炎,临床疗效好,值得推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage for children with herpangina.Methods A total of 200 children were included as the research subjects,who were treated for herpangina in Fushun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to October 2017,and they were randomly divided into two groups:control group(100)and observation group(100).Both groups were given Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder,orally taken,and the observation group was also treated with massage to clear fever and relieve heat.The massage was performed once a day,5 days as a course.The clinical effect,the time for body temperature to return normal,and the time of herpes disappearing were observed in the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate was 93.0%(93/100)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%,80/100),the difference being statistical(P<0.05).The time for body temperature to return to normal and the time of herpes disappearing were both shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of massage as the adjuvant treatment for children with herpangina is good,which should be promoted clinically.
