The Singapore Government has launched Skillsfuture Plan for the career development of Singaporeans. China's higher vocational teacher education can draw lessons from it. This report summarizes the positioning and role transformation of higher vocational teachers' educational development institutions, how to integrate resources and how to establish a guarantee system.
