资产评估专业“三位一体”实践教学体系的构建研究——基于创新能力培养视角

实践教学体系的研究对应用型创新人才的培养具有重要的意义。通过分析目前资产评估专业的实践教学存在以重理论轻实践的观念指导实践教学、实践教学与人才培养的目标脱钩、实践教学内容没有形成完整的体系结构及其有效检验机制等三个方面的主要问题,为此针对性地提出了资产评估专业"课程实践教学、专业实践教学、社会实践教学"三位一体模式构成的设想。

The research of practical teaching system is of great significance to the training of applied innovative talents. The author analyzes the three main problems in the practice teaching of the asset assessment specialty, such as the concept of theory over practice, the decoupling of practice teaching from talent training, and the lack of a complete architecture and effective testing mechanism. On this basis, the author puts forward the concept of the Trinity model of "course practice teaching, professional practice teaching, and social practice teaching" in asset assessment.
