促进创新型人才培养的高校个性化教育研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对高校传统的统一模式而忽略学生个性发展的教育方式,为更好地促进创新型人才培养,文章提出了高校个性化教育方法并加以实践。个性化教育方法实践主要包括深化个性化教育理念,营造个性化教育氛围;根据学生个性及能力之间的差异,实施分阶段分层培养,因材施教;个性化教育的同时,激发学生创造实践的自觉能动性,激发创新性思维等三个方面。经实践表明,个性化教育可以提高学生学习主动性及兴趣,拓展学生的创新意识和创新能力。 In view of the education with unified mode in universities, which neglects students' personality development, in order to better promote the cultivation of innovative talents, this paper presents the individualized education mode in colleges and universities, and carries out practice. The practice of individualized education mainly includes three aspects: deepening the concept of individualized education and creating an atmosphere of individualized education;implementing staged and stratified training according to students' differences, educating students based on their natural ability;and stimulating students' subjective initiative in creating practice and stimulating innovative thinking at the same time. Practice shows that personalized education can improve students' learning initiative and interest, and expand students' innovative consciousness and ability.
