基于PDCA的混合式教学模式下教学质量监控体系建设 被引量:13

摘要 在"互联网+教育"时代背景下,近年来,高职教育改革发展如火如荼,其中混合式教学模式是高职教学改革的主要方向。为了保障混合式教学质量,构建基于PDCA循环的混合式教学质量监控体系,把影响混合式教学质量的关键因素纳入体系中,通过PDCA探索提升混合式教学质量的途径,帮助学生知识能力双提升,最终达到提升学生综合素养的人才培养目的。 In recent years, Blending learning has been the main direction of higher vocational education reform under the background of "Internet+". In order to guarantee the quality of B-learning model, a monitoring system of B-learning quality based on PDCA is constructed. The key factors affecting the quality of mixed teaching are included in the system. PDCA Quality Monitoring System is very effective to improve teaching quality so as to help the students enhance the ability of study and practice both.
