摘要
大数据与互联网时代的到来,为高校图书馆图书的采购带来了新的机遇与挑战。文章首先分析了在大数据与互联网时代的背景下图书采购的新变化,从商业品牌众多,选择较困难,以及采购时分销过多,价格不易统一,到高校图书的采购与线上的网店相互竞争,竞争中发展三方面进行论述;然后分析在互联网时代图书馆图书采购运用供应链管理研究的必要性,并且重点分析图书采购过程中供应商、物流与读者三个要素。最后,提出构建图书采购供应链管理的基本策略。
The arrival of the big data and the Internet era has brought new opportunities and challenges for the purchase of library books in university libraries. This paper analyzes the new changes of purchasing books in the era of big data and internet background, involving three aspects of the various commercial brands resulting in choosing difficulties, more distribution and the purchase price hard to unify, procurement of university library, online shop competition, and the development in the competition, then it analyzes the necessary that in the Internet era library book purchasing applies supply chain management, and focuses on the analysis of the three elements of supplier, logistics and readers in the process of purchasing. Finally, the basic strategy of building the supply chain management of book purchase is put forward.
