应用型本科校企合作“双创型”人才培养模式改革

高等教育的主要任务是要培养既能适应、又能引领经济社会发展的高素质人才。在新的经济形态和国家发展战略下,深入开展高校与企业间的合作,培养适用于创新创业发展趋势的电气类应用型人才,已成为地方院校的重要任务。文章根据电气类"双创型"人才培养目标,基于河北省区域经济发展对校企合作模式和人才培养方法进行了新探索。

The main task of higher education is to train high-quality talents who can adapt toand lead economic and social development. Under the new economic form and national development strategy, it is an important task for local colleges to deepen the cooperation between universities and enterprises and cultivate electrical application talents suitable for the development trend of innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the "double innovation" talent training objectives of electrical industry, this paper explores the school-enterprise cooperation model and talent training method based on the regional economic development of Hebei Province.
