“双创”背景下大学生职业生涯规划教育现状调查——以农林畜牧类高校大学生为例

随着高等教育的大众化逐步加深,大学生毕业面临的就业压力越来越严峻,而大学生职业生涯规划作为提高大学生竞争能力的一种手段,对大学生科学就业与创业至关重要。随着"大众创业,万众创新"的深入,如何通过大学生职业生涯规划教育提高大学生的就业创业能力是当前需要研究的内容。故文章立足于"双创"背景,以河南省农林畜牧类的M高校为例,了解"双创"背景下大学生职业生涯规划的现状,分析该类高校其存在问题的普遍性和特殊性,在新背景下为探索出有效改善大学生职业生涯规划教育成效的新思路提供政策建议。

With the popularization of higher education, graduates are facing more and more severe employment pressure. Career planning of college students is becoming more important for their scientific employment and entrepreneurship when they have to improve the competitiveness of themselves. With the spreading idea of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", how to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students through career planning education is the most important question. Therefore, this paper takes M universities as an example in area of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry in Henan Province, to uncover the current situation of college students' career planning under the background of "Spirit of Innovation and Entrepreneurship". Under which we analyze the universal and particular problems in these universities and have explored new ways to improve the efficiency of education for college students' career planning.
