基于社会工作视阈的高校贫困生人际交往障碍及介入方法研究

目前,贫困大学生在人际交往方面存在一些障碍,缺乏与异性交往的自信,与人沟通相处的能力较差,因被歧视而感到苦恼,不能专注地倾听,由自卑心理造成不适应,经济贫困导致较大的压力等等。这主要由自身原因、家庭原因和社会原因所引起。运用社会工作助人自助、尊重平等的理念以及个案工作、小组工作、社区工作的方法作为高校思想政治教育、心理健康教育之外的另一种工作理念和手段有助于帮助贫困生提高其在人际交往过程中的自我认识和交往的能力,从而使他们更好的适应学校生活和社会环境,得到全面的发展。
