警校本科学生毕业论文存在的问题和对策——以南京森林警察学院为例

本科毕业论文质量体现学生综合能力,也反映高校的办学水平。为提高警校本科毕业论文的撰写水平和整体质量,以南京森林警察学院为例,分析论文质量的问题,指出关键因素是师生对毕业论文的重要性认识不足,学生态度不端正;生师比不合理;教师责任心不强;论文选题不恰当;管理制度不健全;真正用于完成毕业论文时间较少。最后从指导教师、学生以及管理层面给出相应的解决对策,以期能够促进警校本科生毕业论文质量。

The quality of graduate thesis reflects the comprehensive ability of students and the running level of a university. In order to improve the writing level and overall quality of the thesis in police academies, a case study in Nanjing Forest Police College was carried out to analysis the problems of the quality of the thesis. Key factors are pointed out, which are the lack of awareness of the importance of the thesis of teacher and student, student's improper attitude, unreasonable student-to-faculty ratio, inappropriate topic selection, unsound management system, less time spent actually completing thesis. Finally, solution countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of instructor, student and management for the quality improvement of police school graduate thesis.
