物流工程专硕的基本能力标准及测评方法探索

在互联网经济时代,社会对物流人才的需求日益旺盛。针对当前物流工程专硕缺乏能力标准导致培养目标不能完全实现以及学生专业能力不足的问题,尝试构建了物流工程专硕的基本能力标准,提出了相应的测评方法,分析了能力标准实施过程应该注意的关键问题,以此促进我国物流高端人才培养质量的持续改进。

In the era of Internet economy, the demand for logistics talents in the society is growing. In view of the current lack of ability standards of logistics engineering, the training objectives cannot be fully realized and the students' professional ability is insufficient. Attempts to construct the basic ability standards of logistics engineering, and the corresponding evaluation methods are proposed. The key issue is to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of logistics high-end talent training in China.
