地方本科院校应用型人才培养

针对地方本科院校向应用型人才培养转型发展过程中面临的问题与困境,结合玉林师范学院化学与食品科学学院实际情况,分别从调整人才培养目标,构建多元整合的课程体系,构建以学生为中心、服务—学习一体课程结构,构建适应市场需求的实践育人平台,建设"双能型"师资队伍、建立科学的应用型人才培养质量评价体系等六个方面积极探索应用型人才的培养新模式。

In view of the problems and dilemmas faced by local undergraduate colleges in the process of transformation and development of applied talents, combined with the actual situation of the College of Chemistry and Food Science of Yulin Teachers College, we will adjust the talent training objectives, construct a multi-integrated curriculum system, and build students with Center, service-learning integrated curriculum structure, constructing a practical education platform to meet market demand, building a "double-energy" faculty team, and establishing a scientific application-oriented talent training quality evaluation system to actively explore the new mode of cultivation of applied talents.
