摘要
目的探讨全程化递进式"四位一体"护理实践教学体系的创建与实施效果。方法通过查阅文献、理论研究、专家咨询等搭建人才共育平台,对护理实践教学体系进行改革,创建全程化递进式"四位一体"护理实践教学体系,并应用于本科护理人才的培养过程中。结果"四位一体"护理实践教学体系提升了本科护理人才的培养质量,实验教学改革成效得到同仁认可,同时进一步完善了"双师型"教师队伍的建设。结论全程化递进式"四位一体"护理实践教学体系有利于本科应用型护理人才的培养,具有一定的示范作用和借鉴意义。
Objective To evaluate the effects of an integrated step-by-step nursing practical teaching program.Methods Literature review,theoretical research,and experts consultation were employed to develop the innovative nursing practical teaching program which included a joint training platform,an integrated step-by-step talent cultivating mode,and various educational resources.Results The program improved the quality of nursing talent cultivation,and enhanced the training effects of“Shuang-shi”teaching staff.The achievements of the reform were highly appreciated by the peer.Conclusion The integrated step-by-step nursing practical teaching program provides a reference for high quality nursing education.
