地佐辛在甲状腺手术中的超前镇痛效果及对患者术后IL-6的影响

Effect of Dezocine on Preemptive Analgesia in Patient with Thyroid Operation and its Effect on Postoperative IL-6

目的:研究地佐辛超前镇痛对甲状腺术后疼痛及IL-6的影响。方法:选择甲状腺结节切除术患者30例,麻醉诱导前随机分为地佐辛组(10mg IV)和对照组(等容量生理盐水),记录患者术后4h、8h、12h、24h、48h和72h在静息或咳嗽后VAS疼痛评分,并抽取患者血液检测促炎性因子IL-6。结果:术后24h、48h、72h地佐辛组患者静息时VAS评分组均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽后VAS评分术后48h、 72h地佐辛组均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05),术后IL-6的水平地佐辛组明显低于对照组。结论:地佐辛发挥超前镇痛作用,能有效减轻甲状腺手术患者术后的疼痛反应,降低炎症介质IL-6的水平,明显改善患者预后。

Objective:The study aimed at exploring preemptive analgesia of dezocine on pain and IL-6 after thyroid surgery.Methods:Thirty patients undergoing thyroidectomy are randomly assigned into two groups,with dezocine(10 mg IV)or saline(Equal volume saline)before anesthetic induction.VAS at rest or after coughing was scored at 4,8,12,24,48 and 72 h postoperatively.In addition,patients'blood was sampled at 24,48,and 72 h,so as to test serum IL-6.Results:As for VAS scores at rest,the patients of group dezocine complained less pain at 24,48,and 72 h,as compared to the control group(P<0.05).As for VAS scores after coughing,the patients of group dezocine complained less pain at 48,and 72 h(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in group dezocine was significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusions:Dezocine exerts an analgesic effect,can effectively reduce the postoperative pain reaction and inhibit expression of inflammatory factor IL-6 in patients undergoing moderate surgery,and thus release postoperative pain by exerting preemptive analgesia.
