胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒与联合参松养心胶囊治疗心房颤动效果比较

Comparison between Amiodarone Combined with Wenxin Granule and Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

目的:比较胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒与联合参松养心胶囊治疗心房颤动效果。方法:选取2014年6月～2016年7月于南阳市中心医院接受治疗的96例阵发性心房颤动患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分成观察组与对照组各48例。对照组为口服胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗;观察组为口服胺碘酮联合参松养心胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗后左心房内径、左心室射血分数、静息心室率、临床疗效及不同时间点窦性心律维持率。结果:两组治疗后左心室内径对比有明显统计学差异(t=2.533,P<0.05);两组治疗后左心室射血分数及静息心室率对比无明显统计学差异(t=0.619,1.502,均P>0.05);两组治疗后总有效率对比无统计学差异(χ~2=0.924,P>0.05);两组治疗后不同时间点窦性心律维持率对比无统计学差异(χ~2=0.072,0.052,0.049,0.174,P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒和胺碘酮联合参松养心胶囊治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效对比无差异,均可有效改善患者临床症状,均有利于转服,均具有较强的窦性心律稳定作用,均能用于阵发性心房颤动的临床治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of amiodarone combined with Wenxin granule and Shensong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods:96 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2016 were selected as study objects.It was divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was treated with amiodarone combined with Wenxin granule and the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule.Left ventricular ejection fraction,resting ventricular rate,clinical efficacy and sinus rhythm maintenance rate at different time points were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and resting ventricular rate after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and resting ventricular rate(P>0.05)between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sinus rhythm maintenance rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with Wenxin granule and amiodarone combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule for treatment of Amiodarone combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule is of no statistical difference(P>0.05).There is no difference in the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granule and Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,be beneficial to the conversion,has strong sinus rhythm stabilization,and can be used in the clinical treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.
