曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的效果

Effect of Trimetazidine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris with Dyslipidemia

目的:探析曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的效果。方法:选取信阳市中心医院收治的94例冠心病心绞痛伴随血脂异常患者作为研究对象,对患者进行分组,分组方法为随机法,分为2组,分别命名为观察组、对照组,分别采用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗方案和单纯曲美他嗪治疗方案,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估,并检测治疗前后的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等血脂指标,对两组患者心绞痛发作频率、持续时间在治疗前后的表现进行记录。结果:观察组患者最后治疗有效率为93.62%,大大优于对照组的76.60%,P<0.05;经过治疗,两组的TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C等血脂指标均呈现良性发展态势,对比而言,观察组治疗方案调节血脂水平更优,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组患者的心绞痛发作频率、持续时间下降幅度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常具有优秀的疗效,血脂调节效果更为显著,对心绞痛发生情况有良好的改善效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with Atto vastatin calcium on angina pectoris associated with dyslipidemia.Methods:94 patients with angina pectoris associated with dyslipidemia were divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Trimetazidine combined with Atto vastatin calcium regimen and trimetazidine alone regimen were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups.The levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL)were detected before and after treatment.The frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack before and after treatment were recorded.Results:The final effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62,which was much better than that in the control group(76.60g,P<0.05).In contrast,the treatment regimen of the observation group was better in regulating blood lipid levels(P<0.05),and after treatment,the angina pectoris attack frequency of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The rate and duration of the decrease were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin calcium has excellent therapeutic effect on angina pectoris associated with dyslipidemia of coronary heart disease,and the effect of lipid regulation is more remarkable,and it has a good effect on improving the occurrence of angina pectoris.
