摘要 为了探究高海拔环境对太子参光合生理的影响,选取高海拔环境和常规栽培海拔环境栽种太子参,定期测定太子参主要光合生理因子指标,分析其差异及变化差异。结果表明,高海拔环境相比于常规栽培环境下的太子参光合效率高。高海拔环境下的太子参在开花后期,净光合速率(Pn)维持在较高水平。由此表明,高海拔环境有利于太子参进行光合作用,在块根成熟期促进太子参根部膨大成熟,提升增产潜力。 In order to explore the effects of high altitude environment on the photosynthetic physiology of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Pseudostellaria heterophylla was planted in high altitude and normal altitude,their photosynthetic physiological indicators were determined regularly,and differences and changes were analyzed.The results showed that the photosynthesis efficiency of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in high altitude environment was higher than that in the conventional cultivation environment.,Pn of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in high altitude environment maintained at a high level in late flowering.It indicated that high altitude environment was beneficial to photosynthesis,could promote root growth and maturity at root mature period,and increase production potential.
