水资源是一种不可再生资源,是人类赖以生存的基础。本文从改善因素与制约因素2个角度对泰州市地表水环境进行分析,以期对水污染防治工作提供科学参考。

Water resources are a kind of non-renewable resources and the basis for human survival.This paper analyzed the surface water environment of Taizhou City from two aspects of improvement factors and restriction factors,in order to provide scientific references for water pollution prevention and control work.
