摘要
本文通过蒸馏-滴定测定方法检测市售枸杞中二氧化硫的含量。结果表明,含有二氧化硫残留的散装枸杞样品数量多于袋装枸杞;通过对枸杞不同的前处理方法条件进行研究,得出其二氧化硫残留量的变化规律,并提出安全食用枸杞的建议。
The Lycium barbarum taken from markets was tested by distillation-titration method.The results showed that the quantity of bulk Lycium barbarum samples containing sulfur dioxide was more than bagged Lycium barbarum.Through the study of different pretreatment conditions of Lycium barbarum,we obtained the variation rule of sulfur dioxide residue,and proposed suggestions on how to eat Lycium barbarum in satety.
