摘要
我国正处于研究生教育数量大国向质量大国转变的关键时期,建立长效质量保证体系是教育质量提高的有效途径。本文以河南科技大学食品加工与安全专业学位研究生为例,探讨学院在培养方案、主体责任、专业实践、招生方式、监督淘汰机制等方面采取的措施,以期形成清晰的食品加工与安全专业学位研究生教育质量保证体系建设思路,为培养符合食品产业发展所需的高层次应用型人才起到推动作用。
China is in the critical period of the transition from a large number of postgraduate education countries to a quality country.Establishing a long-term quality assurance system is an effective way to improve the quality of education.This paper took the graduate students of food processing and safety degree of Henan University of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the measures taken by the college in terms of training programs,main responsibilities,professional practice,enrollment methods,supervision and elimination mechanisms,etc.,in order to form a clear graduate student in food processing and safety,promote the development of high-level applied talents that meet the needs of the food industry.
