高原缺氧地区水电站厂房快速施工技术研究

摘要 西藏高原地区海拔高、昼夜温差大、气候干燥、夏季高温、冬季寒冷、空气稀薄,为快速且高质量的完成西藏藏木水电站厂房土建及金属结构安装工程施工,针对特殊气候条件下基坑爆破开挖方式和混凝土温控措施进行了深入研究与探索,采用了合理的爆破开挖参数和混凝土温控措施,提高了爆破开挖效率,解决了混凝土施工的难题,确保了藏木水电站按期保质的完成了工程建设目标。 Zangmu Hydropower Station is located in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, which is of specific conditions such as high altitude, large daily temperature differences, dry climate, hot in summer and cold in winter, and hypoxic air. In order to complete the civil construction and metal structure installation work of the powerhouses with high quality and satisfactory speed, the rapid construction technology of hydropower stations in high altitude hypoxic area is explored. Specifically, the blasting excavation method for the foundation pit and the concrete temperature control measures under special climate conditions are discussed. Reasonable blasting excavation parameters and concrete temperature control measures are proposed and adopted, which improve the blasting excavation efficiency and solve the concrete construction difficulty. The construction of Zangmu Hydropower Station is thus completed with schedule and high quality.
