摘要
通过缆机操作系统的优化,实现对取料点及卸料点位置的确认,使缆机吊罐运行到目标位置时自动减速和软限位停机保护,从而使缆机运行速度和范围进行标准化、程序化,让缆机对司机及指挥人员的误操作、误指挥拒绝执行,达到了"想误操作都难"的目的,有效避免了缆机人为误操作和误指挥引起的安全风险。
A safety limit function for the target locations is developed in the operation control system of the cable crane in Baihetan Hydropower Station with a real-time determination of the feeding and unloading points, which could automatically slow down the bucket when it approaches the target locations and provide a soft location-limited shut-down protection. Thus, a standardized and procedural operation mode of the cable crane on the operation speed and range is realized. Mis-operation and mis-direction of the drivers and commanders will be rejected automatically, which effectively avoids the safety risks of the cable crane caused by human mis-operation and mis-direction.
