摘要 为解决隔河岩电厂原大坝廊道排水控制系统在长久运行之后凸显的各种设备故障及运行缺陷问题,针对该控制系统进行了全面升级改造。本文详细介绍了大坝廊道排水控制系统改造的相关背景及设计思路,简述了设备改造后的系统功能、系统结构、回路分析及软件设计。新系统在控制、检测、通信等方面,都进行了较大升级,在具备常规功能的基础上,也实现了各种功能冗余,保证了系统的稳定运行。 In Geheyan Hydropower Plant, various equipment faults and operational defects are observed in the drainage control system of the dam corridor due to the long time operation. Thus, a comprehensive renovation of the control system is carried out. After an introduction of the background and design ideas of the renovation work, the functions, structure, loop analysis and software design of the new system are described. It shows that the new system has been greatly upgraded in the control, detection and communication. Besides the conventional functions, various functional redundancies are provided to ensure the stable operation of the system.
